Republican Lindsey Graham just became the first senator to be formally admonished by the bipartisan Senate Ethics Committee in five years. Graham has repeatedly solicited campaign donations in federal buildings — for his own campaign against Jaime Harrison for South Carolina's Senate seat in 2020, and again for Herschel Walker's campaign against Sen. Raphael Warnock in Georgia in 2022.
